On the 11th of June (KST), SKT T1 made an agreement with UNICEF KOREA to support the #ENDviolence campaign.

The #ENDviolence campaign is a global campaign started in 2013 that aims to put an end to physical and psychological violence towards children.

SKT T1 was looking for a way to expand the players’ personal charity works into something that can be done as a team. As a part of the SKT Sports project, T1 decided to support the UNICEF #ENDviolence campaign.

As per the agreement, SKT T1 will be taking part in the campaign with UNICEF KOREA. They will start by informing people of the #ENDviolence campaign through the many social media accounts that SKT T1 has, then they will be making campaign accessories and donating all revenue while holding donation campaigns with fans. They will also cooperate with other SKT Sports teams in the campaign.

Regarding the campaign, Oh Kyung-sik, head of SKT Sports marketing, said “The project is the main value of SKT Sports. Through this campaign with the T1 League of Legends team and UNICEF KOREA, I hope this can help the children of the world become free of violence and find hope and their dreams.”
