Uprising, the season event, will be coming to Overwatch again on April 10th!

The teaser video for Uprising was put up on the official Overwatch Twitter. The teaser is the same as the ‘Overwatch Mission Archive’ video that came up for last year’s Uprising event, and is about the King’s Row Uprising that took place in London 7 years ago.

However, the last phrase at the bottom says ‘Declassified April 10’, from which players can expect the Uprising event to start on April 10th.

There are some theories among players that the upcoming event might not be about the Omnics Uprising that took 7 years ago. These ideas stem from how the words in the teaser briefly change with some noise, from ‘File 00382 - King’s Row Uprising’ to ‘00273 - King’s Row Uprising’, and ‘Entered into record 7 years go’ to ‘Entered into record 8 years ago’.

Thus there have been speculations made that the upcoming story event may not take place 7 years ago but in some other time.
