The expiry of Donguk "Loken" Lee's contract with ESC Ever has been announced through Ever's official Facebook page. Loken was considered by most LCK experts as the team's best player, and alongside Samsung's Ruler, was regarded as the hottest Korean ADC to debut in recent years.

While ESC Ever did manage to cope with their star midlaner Athena's transfer earlier this year, the void from Loken and Key's departures is expected to be far larger. No meaningful information has been released yet regarding the team's plans for the future.
