Kingzone DragonX (KZ) head coach Kang Dong-hoon said that he’ll take special care of Kim “Khan” Dong-ha’s condition. Khan was seen hyperventilating in the match against bbq Olivers on the 22nd of February (KST).
Coach Kang said “Khan was hyperventilating and was taken care of by the paramedics. Gradually, he recovered, but he wasn’t able to continue normal activities. We looked into his health consistently but I’m very sorry such a thing has happened.”
Today, his medical results came out and it is said that there’s no dire problem. “I’ll be looking into his condition with more care so that something like yesterday doesn’t happen.” Said coach Kang, also adding that he’ll be taking measures to prevent similar situations, “I’ll be prioritizing all the players’ health first.”
Meanwhile, KZ substituted Kim “Rascal” Kwang-hee in Khan’s place, but they lost to bbq Olivers 1-2, breaking their winning streak. On the 24th, KZ will be facing Afreeca Freecs; whether we’ll see Khan play in the match depends upon how well he recovers.
