The champions of the 2018 KeSPA Cup, players of kt Rolster, will take part in the torch relay that'll happen from November 1st to February 9th for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

The torch relay is the very first and official event of the PyeongChang Olympics. Its purpose is to sound off the beginning of the Olympic games and to promote the many cultural contents that are involved in the path of the relay. 

'kt', who are the official communication partners for the PyeongChang Olympics, have the authority to recommend torchbearers for the event.

For the relay, kt Rolster's toplaner, Smeb, has been chosen to be one of the main torchbearers. kt has also released information that rest of the KT players will also take part. Other famous torchbearers who'll take part in the relay include archer, Gi Bobae; shooting player, Jin Jongoh; baseball player, Chu Shinsoo; barista, Paul Bassett; and sports commentators Cha Bumgeun and Lee Youngpyo.
