Kim “Hoon” Nam-hoon, who has coached Team WE for the past 3 years, is looking for a new challenge.

Hoon has said that he will be leaving Team WE through his SNS account today (Nov. 28th, KST). He expressed how he felt by saying, “It is regretful, leaving a home-like team which I have been for 3 years, but after sending the team to Worlds, I thought it was a chance to take on another challenge for myself.”

Hoon served as a coach from the winter of 2014 to November of 2017 on one team. This isn’t a natural thing in Chinese eSports, considering the rapidly changing environment. He contributed to Team WE getting back in Worlds, taking command over ban-pick strategies and training.

Coach Hoon clarified through an interview with Inven that he will be considering all offers from all regions.

As a coach who has been fairly successful in Team WE, and as a former player, fans are eager to see where Hoon will be heading to next.
