Sources have confirmed that the previous top laner for Immortals, Flame, has signed a contract with team FlyQuest.
Having a lot of influence in Immortals and making it to the semifinals in the summer split this year, Flame showed us that he can hold his own against Longzhu’s top lane, Khan. However, in the end, Immortals was not able to make it past the group stage and into the quarterfinals. Not too long after, Immortals was disbanded from the NA LCS and Flame becoming a free agent.
From what the sources show, Flame has already contacted KeSPA with the possibility of moving back to the LCK alongside Piglet, Ssumday, and Ray. According to sources, Flame has even been in contact with Korean teams such as SKT T1. He has discussed his terms and conditions, but nothing had been established. Afterwards, whilst looking for other options/teams, it seems that Flame got in contact with FlyQuest.
Currently, the top laner for FlyQuest is Balls. However, Balls has not been able to make a noticeable impression during his performance on the team. It is assumed that FlyQuest decided to contact Flame in order to revitalize their top lane prowess. Everyone is curious to see how Flame, who not only made it to the finals in the NA LCS, but also made it to Worlds, will perform on FlyQuest and how he will impact the team in 2018.
