SSG’s mid laner, Crown, suffered quite a lot of shock this past year. Same as last year, SSG made it to the finals against SKT but ended their run 3:2 in SKT’s favor. It was an uneventful experience for SSG. To top it all off, Crown was against none over than SKT Faker himself.

Since then, Crown has stated in interviews that he lost most of his confidence in his own performance. Crown claims the next time he meet Faker, he will perform a lot better. Crown has ever since put a lot of effort in becoming the 2nd best in the LCK.

We got one more chance to interview Crown before he sets off for the finals. Let’s see what Crown has to say about going up against SKT T1 and Faker!

¤ Congratulations on making it to the finals. Last year, SSG made it to the finals as well. What is different from last year’s SSG and this year’s SSG?

I honestly can’t remember how we were last year because we lived practicing day by day. If I had to compare us to last year, I think our teamwork has improved a lot.

¤ For one of the most important questions for you. You are up against SKT Faker and last year you said you were ashamed of your own performance. Did you prepare this year to finally beat Faker?

I prepared by skills and my mind already. I try my best to still enjoy playing in the finals as well.
