TSM, HateUsMore and DunkSB412 Crowned Mobile Masters Las Vegas 2017 Champions

Over the weekend, Amazon hosted Mobile Masters Las Vegas, an exciting two-day event at the Millennial Esports Arena at Neonopolis where 24 professional teams and players came out to compete in popular mobile games including, Vainglory, Power Rangers: Legacy Wars and World of Tanks Blitz, for a share of a $70,000 prize pool. Winners included Team SoloMid (TSM) for Vainglory, HateUsMore for World of Tanks Blitz and pro player Jeremy “DunkSB412” Schillaci for Power Rangers: Legacy Wars.

Vainglory

The Vainglory tournament kicked off with TSM taking down Echo Fox, SK Gaming, FNATIC, NRG and ACE Gaming to run the gauntlet and advance to the Championship round. The afternoon competition kicked off with Rogue beating Cloud9, before falling to the “on fire” TSM. TSM finished off the day undefeated by defeating Cloud9 to earn the title of “Champion of Champions” and their share of the $50K prize pool.

 

World of Tanks Blitz

World of Tanks Blitz started off the Mobile Masters weekend, as teams of seven battled it out in a single elimination format. In the end, team HateUsMore took the crown to win $5K. Second place went to team Cobras and third and fourth place to team LoveUsMore and team Eclipse, respectively.

 

Power Rangers: Legacy Wars

Eight Power Rangers: Legacy Wars pro players competed professionally for the first time in a best-of-seven format. In the final round, pro players Jonathan Snow and DunkSB412 duked it out with DunkSB412 ultimately taking home the top share of the $10K prize pool.

 

Mobile Masters Las Vegas was presented in partnership with eSports Productions and ESL and held at the Millennial Esports Arena at Neonopolis in Las Vegas. Amazon offers its developer partners and customers an increasing array of activities and events which promotes the rapidly expanding community of competitive mobile gaming, and invites players of all levels to participate and compete for rewards and prizes.
