Along with the update on Kamasylvia Part 2, the Black Spirit’s Adventure 2 was revealed in the Black Desert Online KR server. What was impressive about it was that it takes the shape of a board game and had Balenos Nodes precisely copied. The basic mechanic of the Black Spirit’s Adventure is that you move the Black Spirit to the Node you want, and have him battle, explore, and gather to get loot.

You’ll first start from Olvia. Places around Olvia are set with trivial loot like Black Stones, but you can also get Hard Black Crystal Shards or Sharp Black Crystal Shards if you go to the Ancient Stone Chamber or Cron Castle, which are considered furthest away from Olvia.

You’ll use 1 Black Spirit’s Movement per each move. You’ll recover 1 Movement point every hour, up to 10 times max a day, and can store 3 Movement points at once. If your Black spirit is in Olvia, Velia, or Western Guard Camp, he will recover his Movement points twice as fast.

When your Black Spirit arrives at a Node, you can make him either battle, explore, or gather. What he can do at each Node will be marked with icons. As for the battles, you’ll be rolling dice to fight them. Monsters in shapes of cards will appear, and you will win and get random loot if you roll high enough numbers.

If you choose to explore, one of the item gains, battles, or events will randomly appear. The cards you can use in the battles can only be gained from events that happen while exploring.
