On April 22nd (PDT) in Vancouver, Canada; FlyQuest and Pheonix1 faced off in the 3rd place decider match of 2017 NA LCS Spring Split Playoff. Phoenix1 was able to take third place in the playoffs after a close match against FlyQuest. Donghyun "Arrow" Noh was crucial for the team's victory with champions such as Ashe and Kog'Maw.

Here is our interview with Phoenix1's ADC - Donghyun "Arrow" Noh.

Congratulations on your third place finish. How are you feeling right now?

I was disappointed that we couldn't go on to finals as we lost to Cloud9. However, I've heard that there will be an event match for the team that places third or better, so I really wanted to win the decider match. It feels even better that we've won after going as far as Game 5.

It's been a diffcult match with a full set of games. How did come back after losing two games in a row?

The third game was the most difficult game to fight through. P1's composition was good, and so was their play. However, we've reflected on why we've lost two games in a row, so we were able to turn around and win the match.

You've left a good impression on NA fans with consistently good performance. How would you evaluate yourself?

I feel like I still have a long way to go. Not to say that I'm not confident about myself, and I do think that I'm pretty good, but I'm trying to keep myself from being cocky. I regret that I couldn't do well against stronger teams.

Who would you count on most among your teammates?

Sangwook "Ryu" Ryu is my most reliable teammate, but I believe in all of my teammates. They tended to tilt easily in the early split, but they became more reliable throughout the split.

How are the botlane duo building teamwork?

We've had too many changes in that role, so it's been difficult to work on teamwork. However, we've done our best to improve our teamwork by playing ranked games together as much as possible. Our teamwork is pretty good right now.

There is a rumor that you'll be honored as the seasonal MVP. Can you tell us how you'd feel if that rumor turns out to be true?

I too heard rumors on Twitter, but it would still be very unexpected. NA LCS has plenty of other strong ADCs, such as Sneak, Wildturtle and Doublelift. Not to mention players in other positions. I'd be honored if I would be chosen as MVP among all those great players. I'd be really grateful. I'll continue to do my best in the summer split.
