The StarCraft: Brood War 1.18 update hits live on April 18th. New in-game tools such as the observer mode and autosaving for replays are available with the 1.18 update. Most exciting of all, SC: BW will be Free to Play. 

This update is a step towards SC: Remastered, which was announced back in March 26th. After 8 years, this new update provides the players with bug fixes, improved UI, improved security, improved compatibility with higher OS, and more.
