Here’s my skill build and skill specialization for the level 60 Dark Knight. I optimized it for people who don’t have a lot of skill points.

Once you reach 99% experience at level 55, max out Unveiled Dagger and Hidden Strike as well as your passive skills. Follow that up with Air Strike, Slanted Balance, Pervasive Darkness, and Wheel of Fortune. Pick up Lunacy of Vedir and max out the Enforcement-Flow: Termination route if you have spare points.

Before you hit level 56, reset all skill points except for those in Dusk, Smoky Haze, and Wheel of Fortune. After you hit level 56, refer to my build above and prioritize Awakening skills. If you want to specialize more for PvE, pick up Legacy of Elementals instead of Twilight Dash and choose monster health increase and health regeneration.
