The 2021 League of Legends Professional League Regional Final have concluded, and the four repersentative seeds for China at the World Championship have been set. EDward Gaming, FunPlus Phoenix, Royal Never Give Up and LNG Esports will be the four teams representing China's LPL at Worlds 2021.

All four major regions in League of Legends esports are given at least three representative seeds at the World Championship, but because of their elite international performances over the past few seasons, the LPL and South Korea's premier league, League of Legends Champions Korea, have been given a fourth seed for Worlds 2021.

The first two Chinese teams to qualify for Worlds 2021 were the top two seeds in the 2021 LPL Summer Playoffs. EDward Gaming and FunPlus Phoenix received a bye through the first three rounds of the post-season.As the 1st seed, FPX breezed through two best-of-five series, sweeping LNG and Team WE to qualify for the finals and Worlds as well.

2nd seed EDG had a slightly tougher road, losing 3-2 to WE in its first match only to begin a miraculous lower bracket run to its first domestic title in four years. EDG eliminated LNG from the lower bracket 3-1, got revenge on WE in a clean sweep to qualify for the final, and then 3-1'd FPX to hoist the LPL trophy and secure the region's 1st Worlds seed, with FPX settling for the 2nd seed due to its amount of championship points.

After an eliminating upset at the hands of LNG early on in the 2021 LPL Summer Playoffs, Mid-Season Invitational champion Royal Never Give Up found itself in the Regional Final to try and qualify for Worlds. As the team with the most championship points aside from EDG and FPX, RNG was seeded into the upper match of the Regional Final against Team WE.  RNG swept Team WE and secured the #3 seed to punch its ticket for a trip to Worlds.

After an impressive top 4 finish in the LPL Summer Playoffs, LNG began the Regional Final in in the lower bracket matc against Rare Atom. Unshaken by its post-season elimination at the hands of EDG, LNG swept RA before defeating Team WE 3-1 to secure the #4 LPL seed. LNG will start its Worlds 2021 journey at the Play-In stage, while the other three LPL teams will immediately qualifiy for the Group Stage.
