There’s roughly three weeks of regular split matches left in the 2021 LCK Summer split. While we at Inven always make the voices of the LCK pros heard about the game through post-match interviews, we wanted to try something a little different.
After T1 defeated Afreeca 2-1 on July 22, Inven had a chance to sit down with T1’s legendary mid laner, Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok. We decided to switch things up from our regular style of post-match interviews, to ask what Faker would do in some ‘what if?’ scenarios, as well as other fun questions that will intrigue the fans around the world.
Hmm… Hmm… I think I have to play Ryze. I have to win lane first, then clean up after my teammates’ mess, so I think that I’d have the least chance of dying on Ryze.
If it’s a matter of life and death, having fun doesn’t really matter.
It would have to be Zed, I think? One-trick Zed players are very popular on Youtube. Also, there’s a lot of players that like to play Zed, so I think I’d be the most successful from maining Zed.
I sometimes watch Zed gameplay. Unlike in the past, Zed players have gotten a lot better, and they make a lot of flashy plays.
I’d bring on a young prospect onto my team. Also, I want to train fresh blood to make it a great team. To be honest, most teams already signed amateur prospects, so I don’t know if I can find someone promising, but I’d have to look hard.
I think that I’m better at finding my own flaws than any other pros, so I improve faster and can do it longer.
Hmm… In the future, I’ll personally sign some playing cards and give them to those that couldn’t get the bank cards.
