Riot may have tipped their hand regarding the location of the VCT Champions event slated for later this year. In the Year One Anthem video that they released on Monday, a VCT Champions poster that can be briefly seen appears to show the words "Los Angeles," hinting that the December VCT Champion 2021 event is likely taking place in LA. 

The image of the poster appears for only a brief moment in the video. As you can see in the frame below, the poster says VALORANT Champions, and then if you look closely you can make out the word "Angeles" below. Riot has hosted many events in LA over the years using the NA LCS Studios, so LA would be a logical location for an event the size of VCT Champions. 

The VCT Champions tournament is set to take place in December of 2021 and will feature the top 16 teams in the world, who can qualify to the event by earning VCT points at the various VCT stages throughout the year. We are currently entering into VCT Masters Stage 3, the final event of which will take place offline in Berlin starting on September 9th, 2021.

Riot has not confirmed the leak, so as of now nothing is official. So don't go planning your December trip to LA just yet.
