Flashpoint announced on Wednesday that they are partnering with Rally.io to produce a series of limited-edition Flashpoint 3 NFT + physical card packages. Each package will cost $100 USD and include an NFT and a matching photographically printed card to be delivered between 4 and 6 weeks after the presale ends on May 30th at 9 PM PT. All purchases must be made in Flashpoints' new $FLASH coin digital tokens via the Rally.io wallet.
"Now you will have a chance to own a piece of history as we start the major cycle for 2021," said Flashpoint commissioner Monte Christo in the introduction video. "You can buy a package that will combine a unique NFT and a collectible card of some of the players and art work that we featured in the Flashpoint 3 tournament."
Five of the cards will feature players like Snax, Boddy, and Styko, while two of the cards feature Flashpoint-specific artwork of a Castle and a Throne respectively. There are 1000 packages available for each card.
Each digital NFT consists of a high-quality MP4 file with stylized flames around the player and a unique geometric animation overlay designed to imitate a holographic card. This is combined with a looping soundscape to make a unique digital card experience. The physical cards feature shatter-style foil print finishes and will be encased in a thick, durable plastic casing to ensure the longevity of the card.
Flashpoint is the latest esports organization to take a shot at minting and selling their own NFTs. Recently, 100 Thieves dropped its first-ever run of NFTs with the Infinity NFT Collection. Sentinels also released their own line of NFTs in April to commemorate their victory at the VCT Masters One championship.
If you are interested in purchasing your own Flashpoint NFT + Collectible card package, you can do so at Flashpiontnft.gg.
