UPDATE 10/20: It has been confirmed that more changes to Mythic items are coming to the League of Legends PBE. RiotScruffy tweeted the proposed changes which primarily target Mythics for the assassin class and resistance counters in general. The changes mentioned in the tweet can be seen below:
UPDATE 10/20: More items that build from Tiamat are currently on the League of Legends PBE, and some of the newer options are for ranged champions. In addition, a recent update from the League of Legends development team introduced a new Mythic item for supports which has been temporarily named Imperial Mandate. The description for the item, which is specialized in ally burst, are as follows:

In addition to Imperial Mandate, which was added to give support players a more aggressive option, other Mythics items have also been adjusted on the PBE. Moonstone Renewer has had its stats reworked to include AP and HP, and the changes to Shurelya's Battlesong and Locket of the Iron Solari were so minor that both items remain virtually unchanged in form and function. Mikael's Blessing has had its HP removed in favor of Magic Resist.
The on-hit magic damage from the Guinsoo's Exile passive on Guinsoo's Rageblade has been changed to physical damage to increase the viability of building armor as a counter-strategy to the item. The unique passives of Hextech Rocketbelt and Night Harvester have had AP scaling added to bring them up to power with the rest of the Mythic items. Immortal Shieldbow's Mythic passive no longer grants resistances, but instead, AD and HP.
Jungle items are in the process of a complete overhaul for the 2021 preseason, and the Omnivamp effect percentage across all items have been reduced from 10% to 8%. The 'burn' execute on Jungle items has also been removed as it was not helping remove camp-dragging, which was the intention of the effect.
Eclipse has been nerfed significantly in the form of reducing its 16% of opponent's maximum health damage to 10%, and a bug was that allowed the damage from the item's passive to proc twice. Duskblade of Draktharr also had this bug fixed, which combined with the stealth give from the item, had created some pretty absurd multi-assassinations. Overall, Riot Games estimates that 100 bugs were fixed on the League of Legends PBE between October 2nd and October 16th.
Riot Games' next focus is focusing on the resistance profiles of Tank Mythics, but no further changes were made in this latest update.

Earlier in the year, Riot Games laid out plans for a massive item overhaul for the next season of League of Legends, and followed up by introducing a new core concept of the items rework called Mythic items.
On September 29, Riot Games released a complete list of items that will be changed, augmented, or removed starting in the 2021 pre-season. In the update, League of Legends Lead Game Designer Mark "RiotScruffy" Yetter confirmed that the changes would go live on the PBE for six weeks, and that there would be more updates regarding items for the next season in the near future.
The following is a list of the 22 Mythic items coming to League of Legends categorized by champion class, champion resources, and attributable priorities given by each item.
In addition to the Mythic items, the new and updated legendary class items that will debut in the upcoming preseason. Legendary items that were changed into Mythic Items and legendary items that will be removed following the end of this season of LoL are also included for clarity. Lastly, legendary items that will receive no changes are also covered, and a brief look at new jungle items rounds out everything mentioned in the update.

Junglers will pick one of two starter items which, after Smiting a few times, will disappear from their inventory to permanently grant its effects as a passive and upgrade Smite to Chilling or Challenging.

Leyline Walker: Regenerate up to 8-15 (lv 1-18) mana per second when in the Jungle or River, based on missing mana.
