Legendary Mid Laner Song "Rookie" Eui-jin has reached the impressive milestone of 2000 kills in the League of Legends Pro League (LPL), China's official League of Legends competition. Invictus Gaming's veteran used Syndra to get the achievement in their match against Vici Gaming. It's a good birthday present for the South Korean, who turned 23 today.
Rookie is the second player in the LPL to reach 2000 kills. Jian "Uzi" Zi-Hao, the Bot Laner currently playing for Royal Never Give Up, got his 2000th kill in 2018. Uzi also leads the scoreboard by a large margin, sitting at a total of over 2600 kills. The next two players who could reach 2000 kills in the LPL aren't far off. Afreeca Freecs' Bot Laner Jin "Mystic" Seong-jun sits at 1823 kills, while Oh My God's Bot Laner Han "Smlz" Jin follows closely at 1806 kills in his LPL career so far.
Just last week another legend further established his legacy too: Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok scored his 2000th kill in his LCK career. At this rate, we only need to wait for the LCS and LEC to deliver their player with a 2000th kill in their region.
