Kongdoo Monster and ROX Tigers will participate in the Intel Extreme Masters World Championship.

The full lineup for the eight teams participating in the tournament was revealed on the IEM official website. Kongdoo Monster and ROX Tigers will join the event from Korea.

Last Worlds champions SKT T1 and IEM champions Samsung Galaxy were originally planned to take part in the tournament. However, according to the announcement on the website, both teams apparently declined to participate. Instead, Kongdoo Monster and ROX Tigers, who were both next in line, will be taking their places.

In addition to Kongdoo and ROX from Korea, many regional teams including NA’s Cloud9, Russia’s M19, Europe’s Unicorns of Love, Taiwan’s Flash Wolves, and China’s EDG will be competing in the upcoming IEM World Championship.
